Adrienne Patrick

Instructor

Adrienne Patrick is a New York-born artist based in Carrboro, NC. In her personal creative practice, she works with textiles, dollmaking, illustration, candlemaking, and costume design. Her work has been exhibited at the North Carolina Museum of the Arts, Takashimaya New York, and Saffron Gallery (NYC), and has been featured in the New York Times and the San Diego Reader.


After teaching in Waldorf schools for 15+ years, Adrienne left the classroom to return to her studio, additionally offering curriculum-related, skill-building art instruction at Waldorf training institutions, including Great Lakes Waldorf Institute (WI), Sunbridge Institute (NY), and the Center for Anthroposophy (NH).


Adrienne received a BFA in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design in New York, studied fiber arts with the Fiber Craft Studio at Sunbridge Applied Arts program, and received her elementary teaching certification from the Waldorf Institute of Southern California.
