For those who teach or work with adolescents, this five-day course explores education as initiation--supporting teens' inner development through model lessons, reflection, biography work, and nature immersion, grounded in cross-cultural wisdom and Steiner's insights.

Teaching for Black Lives in Waldorf Schools: Creating An Intercultural Black Pedagogy
A three-day, online weekend for teachers, pedagogical leaders, curriculum coordinators, and community members to explore an intercultural Black pedagogy rooted in Waldorf education, teaching with (not for) Black folx through agency, lived perspective, and whole-child practice.

New Leaders Academy is a full-year, university-level leadership development course, held from July 2026 to May 2027, and designed to support emerging and mid-career leaders in cultivating grounded, resilient, and adaptive leadership practices.​
