June 26-28, 2026 (Virtual)

Decolonizing the Middle School Curriculum

This three-day weekend intensive professional development workshop is designed for teachers, pedagogical leaders, curriculum coordinators, and all community members interested in exploring opportunities to decolonize and re-imagine the social studies curriculum for grades 6-8.

June 29-July 3, 2026 (Virtual)/July 6-10, 2026 (In-Person in Milwaukee, WI)

Transformational Learning for Adolescents

This five-day course invites teachers, administrators, parents, and mentors to reimagine adolescent education as a pathway of initiation, supporting teens in developing inner capacities within an intentional community. Drawing on coming-of-age wisdom from multiple cultures and Rudolf Steiner’s insights on adolescent developmental tasks, participants will explore experiential, holistic approaches through discussion, model lessons, self-reflection, biography work, and nature immersion—cultivating integrity, self-reliance, self-knowing, and compassion.

​July 6-10, 2026 (In-Person in Milwaukee, WI)

Waldorf Music Conference

A five-day immersion in singing, teaching, and joyful musicianship where participants gain deep inspiration and learn practical tools to use in the classroom.

July 31-August 2, 2026 (Virtual)

Teaching for Black Lives in Waldorf Schools: Creating An Intercultural Black Pedagogy

This three-day, online weekend workshop is designed for teachers, pedagogical leaders, curriculum coordinators, and all community members interested in exploring an Intercultural Black Pedagogy rooted in Waldorf education, emphasizing teaching with (not for) Black folx through shared agency, lived perspectives, and a commitment to educating the whole child. Participants will examine how curriculum, methodology, and purpose can be aligned to create learning experiences that are culturally responsive, relational, and transformative.

July 2026-May 2027 (Hybrid - Virtual Courses & In-Person Retreat)

New Leaders Academy

New Leaders Academy is a full-year, university-level leadership development course, held from July 2026 to May 2027, and designed to support emerging and mid-career leaders in cultivating grounded, resilient, and adaptive leadership practices.​
