Travel and Lodging

Lodging for In-Person Courses

If you’re joining us for an in-person session, we have several lodging options to help you plan your stay. We’ll share final details and registration links by the end of February, 2026.

On-Campus Dorm Rooms ($60/night)

A limited number of dorm rooms are available on campus for $60 per night.

  • Dorm lodging is available only to participants who are registered for courses.

  • Children are not permitted in the dorm rooms.

  • Option to share a room if you’d like (bring a roommate or request to be paired if available, when possible)

  • A convenient option for early mornings and evening sessions

Dorm room details and the registration form will be available by the end of February.

Dorm Room Details (what to expect)

  • Each dorm room includes a private bathroom, refrigerator, and microwave.

  • A full kitchen is available in the common area.

  • Not all rooms have air conditioning; fans are available.

  • Linens & towels: Provided

  • Parking: Free parking is available on campus for dorm guests

Discounted Rates at Area Hotels

We’ve also arranged lower room rates at area hotels for participants who prefer a traditional hotel stay.
